Mom's Talk       

     Is a very special support group led by a registered nurse at Montgomery Regional Hospital to address the concerns of new mothers.  It meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 10:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. in the Birthing Center Classroom at Montgomery Regional Hospital.  Infants are welcome!

     Informal discussion centers around such topics as:

• Motherhood-a new kind of fatique      
• Post-partum depression
• Getting back into shape
• Nutrition
• How to make life easier for you
• Answers to everyday problems
